Hi,
What has happened to your Super Volcano News, Web Cam, etc.,???
Possibly
Yahoo was down, of which powers our website and if you still can’t see
it, then your country has censored our website, making it now impossible
for you and millions of others to see it. If that’s the case, and you or anyone you know in
your region cannot see it still, please let us know. We
can forward reports via email to you and anyone else that would like us
to do so, as new information becomes posted.
We will NOT pass out your email address, nor do we send out ads. Only
the information you request is sent.
As
for any new news on Yellowstone:
News is slow forth coming lately and most
likely there will be an update on the current state of Yellowstone's
super volcano very soon. It's interesting how many letters we have received from all over
the world about this matter. It's clear to us that many world wide are
beginning to see that even though Yellowstone's super volcano is in our
backyard here in the United States, this super volcano will bring
sweeping cataclysmic changes world wide only days after the
eruption begins, should and when it erupts. (Recent info that has come
into our office suggests there is now a one hundred foot
caldera that has now formed in Yellowstone Lake!) If this is indeed
true, than no doubt that Mr.
Scallion prediction for a possible eruption around September 16th,
2004 (might) be on target for a (potential date) for a global
cataclysmic event. After all, “Yellowstone is now reaching even higher
thermal zones” stated Mr.
Scallion on February 25th, 2004.
About
all climatologist really do know for sure it that crops world wide
would most likely fail for no less than one growing season, this is aside from sudden changes
in rain fall and temperature changes world wide that would soon follow. Not to forget that
much
of the fresh water here in the United States would be contaminated from
all of the volcanic ash that would reach all the way to the east coast.
This first wave of volcanic ash will then travel all the way around
the world in about ten days or so, and will only get worse with the
passing of each day until Yellowstone’s super volcano stops spewing
fine ash into the Earth's upper stratosphere. The effects will most
likely be felt for some eight-teen months, possibly much longer. Here in
the united states, the economy will collapse (effecting the world
economy) and most likely (click)massive
food shortages here in the United States within four to six weeks (or so) will take place. You see, the
majority of the Midwestern region of the United states is where most of
our food is grown and most likely that region and more would be devastated
for at least a couple of years, possibly longer. Food
that the United States currently ships out to other countries who depend
on us, would no longer be able to.
Please feel free to
send us any interesting information you might have on Yellowstone so we
can look into it. If you should know of anyone who lives in the
Yellowstone region, please ask them to write to us in sharing what they
have learned or know first hand about the current state of Yellowstone
National Park, Wyoming.
Thank you!
Kindest regards,

Re: Super Volcano
Thank you for your prompt response and the new information. On the
day I E-Mailed you, all the
touristy parts of the website were ok, but no
super volcano info. It is back
working ok now !!!! I did wonder about
censorship and I am fully aware
that this could happen.
I'm curious as to why you are monitoring the Yellowstone situation
... given you seem to be all about Smith Lake .... which I almost
bought on, but instead settled at Lake Monticello.
(No name given)
Hello,
Thank
you for your letter. The answer is quite simple...people are always
looking for alternative places to live and as concerns about Yellowstone
grow, Smith Mountain Lake makes for an attractive option... aside
from the fact that getting the word out about the possible dangers at
Yellowstone seems to be the right thing to do.
Hello, I
check your website for anything on Yellowstone!! I notice that
in the last week or so there have been a lot of quakes in Wyoming!
5.0 or so! What is new with Yellowstone!!????
That’s
all I want to know for now!

Hi Tanya,
Yes, we are aware of the rare earthquake that
shook Wyoming real good last week. But rare, may not be the right
word.
Our
research shows there was a 4.4 quake that struck Northern Lincoln
County, Wyoming, around 10:11 pm Monday evening, on October 21st,
2003 near Alpine, at an approximate depth of 7kilometers. The U.S.
Geological Survey located the epicenter approximately 20 miles south
of Jackson and 8 miles east of Alpine in northern Lincoln County.
There has been other earthquakes
there as well in recent history. On February 8, 1983, a magnitude 4.4,
earthquake occurred in Idaho, approximately 12 miles northwest of
Alpine. On August 21, 1985, a magnitude 4.8, intensity occurred
approximately 10 miles east of Alpine. And on September 6, 1985, a
magnitude 4.6, earthquake occurred approximately 15 miles east by
southeast of Alpine.
However, we found records of a
Wyoming quake for August 21, 2003, 2:00 local time, a 4.4. The
epicenter was 30 miles southeast of Yellowstone Park in Montana. Note:
The Federal Emergency Management Agency and US
Geological Survey have classified Wyoming as having a very high
seismic hazard.
These recent earthquakes,
centered outside of Yellowstone Park, could lead one to believe, that
all these quakes in the region may be do to a direct, or indirect
result in regards to cause and effect, from the recent unrest from
Yellowstone’s Super volcano. After all, the ground where the super
volcano in the park is located, has been rising upwards for quite some
time now, and that of course, (could) elevate ground pressure,
found miles underground in the region, possibly resulting in minor
quakes.
Since it’s not the position of
this website to make conjectures, nor are we qualified too, we can
only outline the basic arguments for cause and effect. Until we
hear something official, as to just what all this (might) mean in
regards to Yellowstone’s super volcano, (if anything at all,) we
will simply have to keep our eyes and ears open, along with an open
mind.
If you really want to know if there is any genuine danger
in Yellowstone, monitor the animals there and in the outlying area, as
they will be the first to start leaving. In your local newspaper,
there should be a lost and found section for pets, read this section every
single day! Keep accurate, written records, of the exact
numbers of animals that are in the lost and found section, each
and every day. When the numbers of reported lost animals
start to go up and up suddenly, this may very well be telling you,
that a major quake or eruption is about
to occur.
Don't
take my word for it, click here andclick
here too!
Good luck on your move, and thank you for your
letter.
I appreciate your observation on Yellowstone's growing threat.
However, do you know for sure the roads
are being closed because of the heat? Could it also be because the
roads have deteriorated or maybe to protect a rare habitat,... maybe
because of overuse. Do you have any official reasons for closing the
roads?

Thanks.

Hi Mike,
Thank you for your letter. As for the roads, they
were closed for different reasons; some roads lead into closed areas
while other roads became too soft for vehicles due to the unusually
high heat underneath some roads in Yellowstone. As for protecting rare
habitat,
our
update on Yellowstone will help you to see that the reasons
for such concerns and closings are far removed from any of your suspicions.
Best Regards,

I just found your website last night. Thank you so much
for posting the info about changes at Yellowstone. Last month I
saw a letter that had been posted on another website talking about
Yellowstone and that was the first I had heard about the current
activity. Since then I have been trying to find out as much as I
can and to keep up with what is going on. It's not easy to find
good info about it. Naturally the USGS website makes it sound
like nothing much is going on.
So far I have been able to confirm the huge bulge at the bottom of
Yellowstone Lake and the closing of the Norris Basin area. The
letter also said that there have been dead fish turning up in the
lake, the river and the streams-all over, that animals are migrating
out of the park and that some people who go to the park are being
driven out by the strong smell of sulphur. I haven't been able
to confirm any of this.
Thanks for posting the comments by Larry Parks. That now makes
two scientists expressing concern about Yellowstone, him and Dr. Bruce
Cornet.
Please keep posting updates on this and I will keep checking with you.

Hi Marla!
Thanks for your email. We will do just that in
keeping our information current as it becomes available on
Yellowstone. We are anticipating possible updates before the year is
out from Larry Parks and possibly eyewitnesses and will post anything
new should and when it becomes available to us. As you know, actual
mainstream news on Yellowstone is basically not available and most
likely will not be until only weeks, days or possibly just hours
before such a volcanic eruption (might) occur. Understand,
it could be thousands of years from now before that happens, but signs
at Yellowstone seem to be indicating otherwise.
