Customer Logic

Businesses more often than not truly believe they know how their customers think, while other small business haven't given it any real thought. If you don't have any idea and most likely your webmaster is just as clueless, than you're website is going to miss the mark in connecting with your customers via search engines.

Each time we start with a new customer in building them a website, we ask them what would people type into a search engine to find their goods and services. There pretty quick to give what (we as well) sounds like a good answer.

You would be utterly surprised just how far off the mark they are when they see for themselves that their customers are using anywhere from a dozen to over a hundred different ways their "would be" customers are looking for their products and services!

Your webmaster simply cannot second guess your customer's logic on what key words and phrases they are using to find a given business. This is but only one of many parts of  the core elements of your web site that makes a website perform well in search engines. To name but a few factors...

  • Real Time Market Research that's never older than 30 days.

  • Web pages programmed to match customer search engine logic.

  • Placement/alignment of key DATA on every page. (No, this is not META tags.)

  • Concise key words and phrases for META tags.
