ability of Carol Patterson and Peter Epstein. It is a Model Designer
Showcase Home. Vendors such as “Moen” totally agree that this house is
“very special” – they chose “WHITE OAK KNOLL” to be one of their
Virginia showcase homes for 2005.
Lot Description: The house is situated
on the top of the knoll next to a 150 year old White Oak Tree, with an
open panoramic view of pastoral farmland. The view from the massive
windows is of an 800 acre “Trust Farmland” that will never be broken up
into parcels. Two creeks (the Jumping Run) run through the property
